  1. for the little i offered, your very welcome. sometimes the simplest things work. i'm glad you are getting a replacement :)
  2. global reset; hold down the left arrow on the navigation button while you energize the pod
  3. does line6 support the modification with the Strymon SVPre.? whether or not this has anything to do with your topic, which is overheating, i don't know, you mentioned it. maybe you did something wrong when you installed it. and... they have admitted to a design flaw concerning the dt25/50 amps with the transformers. which they warrant free of charge. if the overheating is the result of a design flaw, i would think they would announce that also. and... so you expect to get an answer from people that don't work at line6 to know if this problem is universal and furthermore you expect people that don't work at line6 to have information about which particular run of these amps are faulty if any. and... well, i guess you don't need an answer after all. and... i was only trying to add information by posting the link. you notice i didn't add my opinion or try to answer your question. and... AND... i'll reply to any post i feel i might add pertinent information, if i'm wrong or you disagree, i'm sorry and... AND... you could have just given a negative point to my post. and... http://line6.com/support/message/99818#99818

  6. maybe they'll send us a chip like the pod 2-0
  7. this is your question this is my answer that suggests to me that there is in fact a problem with the mk1 overheating and the man also explains a fix for the problem. and...? i posted this because i felt it was related to your problem
  8. not according to this- http://www.musiciansfriend.com/amplifiers-effects/line-6-pod-hd500-guitar-multi-effects-processor i checked all the places listed on the buy now page. i think sweetwater and gc are the only stores that don't have them

  10. i've read good and bad. i couldn't decide one way or the other. if you change tubes change them all. that way you eliminate tubes being the culprit. if the problem persists you have a spare set. also read up on various factors concerning the same type tube. the page i have talks about 12ax7 and the like. other tubes are also discussed. check around the site. http://www.thetubestore.com/Resources/Guitar-Amp-Info/Gain-Factor :o

  16. every time i try to write lyrics, i can come up with a couple of good lines. after that i become blank. no matter how much i try, i can't get past the first few lines. after that, everything i think of sounds corny or juvenile. i can deal with melody. it seems to come easy. the lyrics are rough. unless i'm going for something simple like "woke up this mornin' - looked out da door - couldn't see mt milk cow anymore...". just when i try to write something serious. BLOCKED
  17. is it there with al volume and gain at zero?
