Hold down FS9 and FS10 while powering up.

The rebate isn’t something that Line 6 sends to buyers after the fact. It’s an instant rebate that’s applied to the final purchase price - so it’s really more of a discount. You’d have to contact the retailer to ask them about it.
-
Yeah, that’s not going to work... That’s simply an analog XLR to RCA converter. You need and actual digital converter to go from AES/EBU to S/PDIF... Something like this: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B000068OGS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_RRGJE1XWZNJ0PV9EHF3J

I was assuming that you would have the block bypassed in the snapshot where you didn’t want to control its parameters. If you’re not doing that, then it’s not going to work. That’s the only way you can “fake” it. Other than that, all control assignments are preset wide.
-
If you go to Global Settings>EXP Pedals>EXP1 Position and set it to Per Snapshot, it should work like you’re wanting. Going back to the original snapshot will set the parameters tied to the pedal back to their saved state. The question is whether you want them to be recalled in the state they were last in when you left the snapshot or when you saved the preset. If you want to go back to their original saved value go to Global Settings>Preferences>Snapshot Edits and set it to Discard.
-
Just drag and drop them into the preset slots you want them in in HX Edit. An hlx file is simply a Helix/HX preset file.

Snapshots have recalled the state of the onboard pedal since shortly after they’re introduction, so I’m a bit puzzled as to why you’re saying this is new. I also don’t understand why you’re saying you need to insert the dummy cable to get it to work. You guess you’re just doing that to get the bypass that if the wah block where you want it, but you can also do that by simply hitting the Bypass button on the unit while the Wah block is selected.

I'm not sure there's a factory preset featuring the US Princess model. To find the model, just go to an empty preset, select an empty block, and go to the Amp menu. It will show up there. Or if you want to try a pre-made preset, you can download a Princeton preset I made here: https://line6.com/customtone/tone/5316450/

Even if you think you did, it means you didn’t... There is no other reason. Macs sometimes seem to grab the old installation files when you think you're installing the new one. So clear out any old HX Edit dmg packages prior to updating. For the love of God, don’t post another thread about it or ask it again!
-
You may have thought HX Edit updated, but it didn’t. Delete the old installation package and try again.

HX Edit works fine with Big Sur, and the Rack will work fine as an audio interface. Native generally work fine with Big Sur on Intel machines. On the M1 processor, there’s an issue with the Native GUI being laggy, and that should be addressed shortly:
-
Update HX Edit as well.
-
Are you pressing them with your fingers? This is the expected behavior with the capacitive touch feature for these footswitches. You can turn it off in the Global Settings menu under Switches>Touch.
-
You can stop feeling aggrieved... HX Edit certainly on MacOS, and that includes Big Sur now. Not sure where you got the idea it didn’t.
-
I’ve not had any issues with my M1 Mac Mini and Big Sur. I’ve left HX Edit open for days without it losing connection to the hardware. I suspect that these sort of issues have less to do with Big Sur and more more with particular hardware.

And I shouldn’t be forced to wear pants in public. But here we are.

Relay g70 cannot see transmitter anymore
phil_m replied to vanalukard's topic in Relay Digital Wireless
Have you tried setting them both to different channels? Have you opened a support ticket here? -
Yes, you need the Helix Control or a MIDI controller that you can assign the respective looper commands to.
-
I'm observing the same thing you reported, so I'd say this is a bug. I'll report it to the people who need to see it.
-
Set the FX loop to line level under Global Settings>Ins/Outs.
-
Have you tried a different USB cable and/or port? The fact that they work for a different interface is really irrelevant.
-
I don’t know then. Are you running the latest firmware? I’ll have to take a look at it on mine tonight.
-
You have to have 6 Stomps under Global Settings>Footswitches>Stomp Switches in order to assign commands to those switches in the Command Center.
-
Yeah, but it’s conceivable he could be running a DAW while using HX Edit, and running the audio through it... I really can’t think of anything else.
-
Are you plugging your headphones into your Mac when you use HX Edit? If that’s the case, than you shouldn’t do that. You’d want to have the headphones plugged directly into the LT in both scenarios.
