Amplifi 150 plus FBV Express - Instructions? - Help
TheRealZap replied to cwmbrancon's topic in AMPLIFi
no, you can only select 4 from 4 presets... the pedal is pretty basic. you will be able to select from more than 4 presets with the FBV shortboard when the amplifi update is released. the FBV pedals can be used with alot of different equipment, so the instructions are generally in the equipment manual and not a separate manual. so i'd look for the amplifi manual... although there really aren't any hidden features... 4 presets, tuner, and vol/wah is pretty much it when using with the amplifi. -
"floorboard" is not compatible... but any of the FBV pedals would work.

HELP... XD-V75 Micro is broken
TheRealZap replied to chrrogowski's topic in XD-V Digital Wireless Microphones
you might try contacting a local service center to assist: http://line6.com/find/service_center/ -
you must have a computer issue, because that's not typical... perhaps you need to update gearbox?
-
with the m5, i was able to do stereo, and connected via midi... the m5 settings save with the patch... so whatever i dial in on the m5 gets recalled, would probably work with an m9 or m13 as well. i usually dont need the extra DSP anyway, but was fun to play with.
-
honestly the cheapest way... is to add an M5 in the loop... adds perhaps even a hair more DSP than the 500x... and it's versatile enough to use elsewhere.
-
I'd call and talk to the parts or service guys... http://line6.com/company/contact/ it's probably your only chance other than alot of patience, and ebay.....
-
positive that it can't be done without a very specialized machine that they use in the factory... just get a 500x if you want a 500x

sometimes pod farm 2 tones could be uploaded and they aren't compatible... even though they are the same file format and same amp and effects models... pod farm 2 allows for setups that are not possible on the x3. also a good idea to make sure you have the latest update on the x3 and the latest version of gearbox.

http://line6.com/support/tickets/add.html doesn't matter what you type in the box.. just type something and the bottom of the list will have an open ticket button.... keep in mind you have to have your product registered first....

Java Tm Se Binary Not Working
TheRealZap replied to blocka's topic in POD 2.0, POD XT, Pocket POD, FloorPODs
it's not newer, it's legacy... at one point in the distant past they made a minor update to support a newer version of java... which probably makes it seem newer than it is but line6 edit the program probably hasn't seen any substantial updates since 2005. -
need help with pod farm mac
TheRealZap replied to Lynchx6c4's topic in POD Farm / POD Studio / TonePort
have you tried installing the latest version? http://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=5761 -
have you tried calling or opening a support ticket? http://line6.com/company/contact/

you likely have to specify the clock source in your 003 software.. seems that's what the error is stating... should see something similar to this in syspref (assuming mac.. probably a windows version in your control panel) most likely just want to keep it at internal... but these are the settings you'd want to try.
-
not sure what you mean... but if you're asking this question then you are not understanding something.... the pod becomes your soundcard... a good soundcard.... you simply plug the speakers into it and the whole thing works like your existing soundcard... only better quality for recording than a standard computer soundcard.... that and you can also edit tones, backup tones, download and share tones by connecting to a PC.

Can I install Pod XT Live soft on 2 pcs?
TheRealZap replied to yngva's topic in POD 2.0, POD XT, Pocket POD, FloorPODs
yes you can install anywhere you like. -
no history of "this" whatever it turns out to be... never heard this specific complaint...

I'm sold on the tortex .50mm myself... tried many others and always come back to it.

depends on what flextone you had... the floorboard you describe is different for a flextone 1 and 2... and those wont work... however... for the flextone III you would have the FBV longboard that would fit the same description and WOULD work.... basically you need a line6 FBV floorboard.... the express, the shortboard, and the longboard have all been discontinued, but you can find them used.... the new ones that you can get are the express MKII and the shortboard MKII these are pretty much the same as the non-MKII models with the addition of a usb port for other uses as well (and other minor tweaks) as long as it's an "FBV" it will work.

need help with pod farm mac
TheRealZap replied to Lynchx6c4's topic in POD Farm / POD Studio / TonePort
pod farm is not resizeable, it will support any display, but you cannot change the size... so it might be small on a retina display... but should work. you need to also set the output to match the input, in most cases. so you'd need to use the headphone out on the behringer, and not the built in output. -
you should be able to use 1.x there are benefits to the newer version, but you don't need it.
