  1. Try this: Delete the AMPLIFi Remote app. Reflash the FX100 to the newest firmware. Do a factory reset on the FX100. Reinstall the AMPLIFi Remote app.
  2. Most Androids should work, if this is a new AMPLIFi, you likely need to update the firmware, which you can do with a PC via USB and the Line6 Updater or an iOS device via BT.
  3. +1 to BillBee The red faced Toneports are typically PF1 and the black faced POD Studios are PF2. There are exceptions for both depending on the date the unit was registered for the first time, IIRC the cutoff was Oct 2009 Toneports registered for the first time after that date have PF2 (not very common) whereas POD Studios registered before that date have PF2 (also not very common).
  4. It would be a great option. I would love to see nylon string model too.
  5. Try POD Farm 1.12, it replaces Gearbox (except as an editor for the xt and X3 series PODs)
  6. Guitar into POD and POD into FX loop, this will bypass you amp's preamp. You can also look into the 4 cable method, it allows you to choose whether or not you want the amp's pream clolor.
  7. The basic functionality is the same and they both use the same app. The TT has additional outputs that 150/75 do not have. There is also the FX100 which has no speaker, it is in a floorboard format.
  8. Yes, connect headphones and/or monitors directly to your Helix. If you are using the "Listen to this device" method, the latency is from your pc's integrated soundcard.
  9. The Helix becomes your soundcard so you need to connect your monitoring solution directly to the Helix. There should be an option in Windows sound control panel with an option "listen to this device" (or something to that effect), however, that is not really the proper work flow.
  10. I would call Line6 or open a ticket, if it is a bug the more info they can gather, the more likely it will be fixed with a future FW update.
  11. I have seen other users report the same thing. I would call Line6 or open a ticket, if it is a bug the more info they can gather, the more likely it will be fixed with a future FW update.
  12. I would definitely submit a support ticket or give them a call. If it is an issue with some Win10 machines and not others, the more data Line6 gathers will hopefully resolve the situation sooner.
  13. In POD Farm standalone mixer view select mic. If you are using the plug-in thru a DAW you will need to select mic in the Line6 Audio-MIDI control panel. Please see the manual for further reference.
  14. Are you saying the headphones have 2 connections, an 1/8" mini TRS jack and USB, or just a mini USB?
  15. I currently do not have BIAS, but I have seen similar behavior with other non-DAW standalone applications that use ASIO, as well as with other non Line6 ASIO devices. Do you have another application using the GX drivers running like a DAW or that previously was running? Try disabling the GX, then re-enable it before opening BIAS. You might also want to try uninstalling ASIO4ALL and reboot your pc to make sure it's not a driver conflict.
  16. Yeah, a lot of headphone mixers are one in and multi out, but I have seen some with multi stereo ins, but I agree, a regular mixer is likely a better solution, and it never hurts to have a mixer. If the (s)he is using a mic with the UX2, then the only other inputs available would be mono, the other mic or guitar. Other than getting sound from 2 pcs to one headset, not sure what the details are of the objective, but sounds interesting.
  17. The UX2 is not really made for that. But you could run the analog out(s) of the UX2 to the Line In of the 2nd pc and plug your headset into the 2nd pc. The better solution is to buy a mixer or headphone mixer.
  18. If you have access to an iOS device, it's worth a shot while corresponding with Line6 support. Best of luck , I can imagine the frustration.

    USB port

Google Translated: 2016 AND YET useless? They ARE WAITING TO BE ABLE TO BE USED AS INTERFACE .... ?? I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT LINE 6 NOT ALLOW RECORDING WITH USB PORT OF SUCH A "COMPLETE" AMPLIFY WHEN you WILL USE THIS PORT? Yes, you can use the port to record via USB and update firmware. Sí, se puede utilizar el puerto para grabar a través de USB y actualizar el firmware.
  20. The original firmware did not support Android but did support iOS out of the box, that is why an iOS device may work. The 4 lights indicate the AMPLIFi is in recovery mode, and BT should still work in recovery mode, however, if the fw is original or corrupt, it may require an iOS device to update via BT. Also, sometimes users miss the steps of installing the USB driver or putting the AMPLIFi in update mode when attempting to use the Line6 Updater. I'm not implying you are missing those steps, just trying to eliminate some scenarios. I have also seen users report they were able to update via Line6 Updater when trying a different pc.
  21. Are you selecting Mic in POD Farm or the Line6 control panel?
