  1. Did you perform a factory reset after updating the firmware?
  2. As a work around you may be able to update the firmware with an iOS device.
  3. Download and run the newest version of the Line6 Monkey. If Monkey can't see your UX2 then download the driver installer file. Here's a link to the downloads which you also navigate to by clicking support at the top right of the page. http://line6.com/software/index.html
  4. Did you try downloading the USB drivers to see if the Line6 Updater can see it?
  5. Has anyone tried this procedure? http://line6.com/sup...-3075150tt-r713 Also for FX100 you would need to hold down FS A and C during power up. http://line6.com/sup...0tt-with-w-r701

  7. Does it make a difference if you save to the hardware to 1B, 1C, or 1D, then try to save to 1A?
  8. In Reaper under Preferences >> Devices, make sure you are selecting Line6 ASIO UX1. There should be for inputs available to enable. Also the in the Mixer view you can configure what you are sending to your DAW. I suspect you are only sending the unprocessed signal. I typically send the processed to one track in Reaper, and the processed to another. That after the take a have the wet track for reference and the dry track that I can add the plug-in too. This gives you the advantage of dialing in different tones and effects after recording. Not sure if you have the plug-in. If you have a black faced POD Studio you should be entitled to the plug-in and POD Farm 2.xx, there was a very small time window of POD Studio units that if they were registered before a cut-off date you may not have the plug-in and would use PF 1, but that is rare. If you have a red faced Toneport, you likely are only entitled to PF 1 and no plug-in with out purchasing an upgrade, unless it was first registered after the mention cut-off date. Clear as mud, right?? To attach a pic, click on the More Reply Options button next to the post button.
  9. Also, make sure you are putting it in Update Mode. http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/amplifi-products/ampl/4-tone-lights-flashing-on-amplifi-3075150tt-r713
  10. Nice catch pianoguyy!! The POD works well with a Full Range Flat Response (FRFR) solution. PA’s, powered Loudspeakers (like DJ’s bring to weddings), Active Studio Monitors… more or less fall under FRFR and have their own power amp section. Another approach is a FRFR power amp paired with passive monitors or cabinets. Since it seems you’re fairly new to the terms and set-up, I personally wouldn’t recommend the 4CM at this point, it can get pretty tricky to dial everything in, even for some seasoned players.
  11. Typically start with the volume on the amp high and the FX100 low.
  12. Just for clarification, a preamp will not drive cabs. A typical PA has its own power amp, which is why you can plug directly into it with the POD HD. NEVER run a power amp into the POD. The POD is a preamp, which power headphones by itself, but that's about it.
  13. I would suggest opening a support ticket. In the meantime… Doubt it will make a difference, but when installing the driver manually you can try right clicking and run as an administrator. Do you have other USB devices to try to confirm your ports work? Also try another USB cable just in case. I would also try another computer just to rule out the UX being the issue.
  14. You could try installing the drivers from another computer, other than that, I would recommend giving Line6 a call or opening a support ticket.
  15. Did you try rescanning for devices in standalone? My expereince, If I use Line6 ASIO for a DAW, then try any TT standalone, it will not see it unless I reboot my PC, or disable my UX2, re-enable it, then rescan from TT for devices.
