    He said he likes the timbre of the frets. Yeah, fretless would scare me too!! Bass? Maybe. Guitar? YIKES!! For a microtonal the pieces he playted sounded fairly western.

    The only other thing I can think of is to reflash the unit and do a factory reset. If that doesn't work I would call Line6 or submit a support ticket. Music streamed via the app is routed to the main outs, so what you are describing is not normal. Do you get guitar and streamed music thru headphones?

    How are you monitoring the GX?

    Are you using your mic preamp for all 3 recordings?

    Also, you may need the older version of Workbench for some of the older firmwares, I forget what the cutoff is.

    You could stream from a player outside the app that has bass/treable/EQ controls.

    And the tablet is paired? Can you see all 100 presets on the tablet? And you are playing the songs via the AMPLFi Remote app?

    Navigate to the folder and click add. If you're not sure where the folders are search tones or Pod Farm 2 on your computer.

    That could be tragic if the drivers glitch and your fingers crash. Or worse, you lose power during a fw flash and brick your hands. Wait...bricks for hands... I need to think on this for a moment.

    Sorry for being dense. I should've remembered sooner. Go to the Preset View Click the grey folder to the left. Click the + icon. Navigate to add folder(s) path(s).

    Did you try re-installing PF2?

    PF 1.12 replaces Gearbox. If you have tracks with the Gearbox plug-in you can replace it with PF1 and use the same Gearbox preset. No versions of PF will work as an editor for the X3, you would still use Gearbox. The only thing I can think of that may be missing from Gearbox is the hum reducer which I believe was only for the standalone version with the GX/UX Toneport.

    Check your USB and Power settings in Windows to make sure USB is not sleeping.

    +1 to silverhead Another reason would be if you already have projects in your DAW that are saved using the POD Farm 1 plug-in.

    Is it thew standard "Play Music" app? If so, there is a switch to show Downloaded only. Click the 3 lines to the left of Listen Now. I suspect you may be streaming songs in your library as apposed to having them stored locally.

    I am not understanding what you mean by without Bluetooth. Are you referring to the sound coming from the Galaxy? If so, I am not sure how the FX100 fits into the equation if you are not streaming to it via BT.

    Yes, you can connect your monitors directly to the POD and record via USB. This would be preferred if you want to capture a stereo signal.

    I see!! Just for clarification is this an older red-faced Toneport or a newer black-faced POD Studio? Have you run the Monkey?

    You connected the Main Out to the FX Return and get nothing?
