  1. Had to try!! I've stumped myself more times than I'd like to admit. I can't recall seeing this issue with the hardware. Did the FX Junkie come with the Pro or was it purchased? Does the model pack show up in the License Manager? Does it make a difference if you navigate/edit via the Pro's hardware or Gearbox?
  2. Can the newest version of Monkey see it?
  3. +1 to fflbrgst You may be able to edit/control the HD Pro via USB, but you may have to explicitly disable it as the sound device and enable/make default the Scarlett.
  4. Make sure you have the newest Monkey. Try a new USB cable and different ports.
  5. Using the AMPLIFi remote app, edit a preset to your liking and select save to hardware.
  6. Also try forgetting the BT connection and then re-establish it.
  7. Are the ujpdates taking ~30 to 45 minutes? After updating, please try deleting the AMPLIFi Remote app from your iOS7 device and reinstall. If you are still having issues please submit a support ticket or give Line6 a call. If it is some sort of bug the more info Line6 gathers the quicker they can get to the root cause/solution. http://line6.com/support/tickets/
  8. To do a factory reset, hold down the volume and tap Tone Select button during power up. I would suggest forgetting the BT connection and reestablishing. Also, if possible, use Wi-Fi, not a cellular connection. Also reboot your iPad and wireless router.
  9. I would recommend that you try one out before you purchase one. The HD series models/effects are not the same as the AMPLIFi series.
  10. I know it is not hard to put music on an Andriod device, my point is there is no standard implimentation, so from a developer's perspective, it is just one more layer of cmplexity. I don't think it is an unfished product, it is what it is, I view it more as a proof of priciple intergrating iOS, and hopefully Andriod in the future, with the device. Regarding the USB port, there are many thing it could be, but assuming it is something can only lead to frustration, currently there is no mention of what it does. Granted, in this day and age there are ex[ectations/assumptions of options available on any paticular peice of gear, but that is all they are, assumpltions. Now if the boix, website, or manual stated it was compatible with Andrion and you could interface with a computer via USB, and I purchased it on than info, well that would be a different story. As far as tone matching, I'm not a huge fan, more of a novelty IMHO. I'd rather find my own tone.
  11. just plug headphones into the gx for now. hopefully you will get hooked, and a couple years from know you will have a set of monitors and a small (or not so small) mixer. Happy riffing!!
  12. @fred lat your English is great! By no means am I saying I do not want Andriond/PC/Mac connectivity. There is a USB port for "future use" One can only hope pc/mac connectivity. But regarding development, iTunes on an iOS7 deviece is a standardized media player/implimentation. What is the standard media player/implimantation for Andriond devices?
  13. but what's the root folder? One of the challenges developing on Andrion is the gazzilion hardware and OS configurations. http://opensignal.com/reports/fragmentation-2013/ So if Line6 has a team that has been developing on iOS for the Mobile POD app, which does process the models, and then wanted to get this to the market asap... just my 2 cents
  14. The correct configuration is to connect your monitoring solution directly to the GX. There are workarounds. What surround do you have?
  15. You didn't miss anything. Two totally different algorithms. Build from the ground up, you're sure to find some great points of interests while navigating to your destination!!
  16. Hmmm...I don't hear any change. JK!! I learned something new.
  17. btw... to upload a file, click the More Reply Options button >> browse >> Attach This File. Or you can post a link to a hosted file, like you tube, soundclick, ect...
  18. Interesting. I will check have to check this out, but I have the POD HD bean.
  19. Nothing more is required at this point. A decent set of studio headphones and/or monitors is a logical next step. The "outputs" do not affect the USB stream, it is always studio direct.
  20. Something like this? http://www.fullcompass.com/product/438283.html
  21. Just for clarification, if you run the newest Monkey, you have green ticks for everything?
  22. You should have access to the amps/effects listed in the trial version. Try using POD Farm 1.12 It replaces Gearbox for free. POD Farm 2.x is sonically the same, but you gain more flexibility with your signal chain, up to 10 models/effect in any order.
