Just updated to 3.50. The Line 6 Litigator can not change cabs in the new Amp/cab-block. When using legacy it is working fine.

I made an arduino-pedal too... But I just use the Arduino to switch snapshots - then you have 10 switches for stomps that is plenty for me ! I'm afraid that what you are seeking can not be done with Helix right now.

Yeah, definitely a simple fix, but I agree that it is way to pricy to have a service center fix simple things like this. Come on L6!! This can't be right!!

Try setting all the outputs to multi and connect monitors. If the pops actually come from DSP lack, they should still be there. I am certain that you will find that they are not there. Have you tried a different USB cable or another computer?

I am pretty sure that is not the case. Have you tried running bass and pc in paths 1A and 1b. Then guitar on 2a. As you might know the helix has dual dsp... One for path 1 and another for path 2. But I have never experienced that the unit can be overtasked. And I run very big patches with multiple inputs and multiple amps...

Not really. But for troubleshooting I would start with figuring out if the pops actually come out of helix it self. It could be driver issues. Or sync problems... Is your daw project set to the same sample rate as your helix?

Okay! Are the popping noises in you monitor output or just in the recording? Sounds like you are right: it should be possible. Could you post a screen shot of your patch?

But why would you want to run audio from anywhere else than your daw? Why not just get the audio file first? I don't understand what you need this setup for. But I am interested. Could you explain?

I don't use that feature at all, but if it is as you describe, you could probably learn to use the led turning off as the eights notes in your count in. As the "and" in "1 And 2 and 3 and 4 and" Or have you tried that already?

Yeah, but if you read this entire forum, you will see tons of ideas of where the volume knobs should be for the perfect tone... Don't trust any of them (including me)... Just use your ears... There is no difference and the output is plenty loud that you not HAVE to set the volume at max... Congrats on your cool gear!

Just turn the volume knob till it is loud enough. Different cans have different loudness due to different ohms. So there can not be a "consensus". Just turn it up and be glad. Of course you should make sure that you don't peak you signal anywhere but that is another question.

Hi Guys! Just finished this very cool project that i am super proud of: A small controller, that lets my change snapshots but still have alle the Helix-switches set up for stomp-mode. I have spent two weeks nearning Arduino-coding from YouTube. I have never done ANY coding whatsoever before this project. ( you guys who knows alot - please i probably wont understand what you want to say if you tell me something that's wrong with the code) I must admit that i have been so caught up by coding that my entire stream-of-consciousness looks like The Matrix. I finally got it! Also all enclosures I could find where either to big og to small. It works by sending MIDI CC#69 with values of 0, 1, 2 or 3 for switching 4 snapshots. I cant believe how cool Arduino is! So much fun - actually I'm afraid that I have not played guitar at all for 2 weeks! And it is not that hard at all! I dont get the double take - at all... To me it is just plain phase-poop. I was really excited to see that they made such a model, but it sounds worse than what I can do with a normal delay-model. :/

What are you hooked up to ? This sounds like the behavior of helix when the outputs are connected to a mixer, that sends out phantompower..

I have come across this exact thing a couple of times since update to 2.20. Unfortunately the update for editor to 2.21 does not fix anything. I is really annoying! But i cant get my head around how to actually explain it in the BUGS-post.

Hmm... Embarrassing: Did you guys realise that there is also two new delays: Adriatic swell and vintage Swell...

Here is the trick: The Auto Swell detects signal by the time you pres down the chord in your left hand and that lollipops up the hole thing. I have had great luck by placing a pretty radical Hard Gate right before the Auto Swell... This help the block understand when you play and when you dont. But I will have to agree: The autoswell in the M-series was way more useful ! (!). The old one would react if you played a new note at higher velocity than the one you were already sustaining... I dont think this block is able to do the same thing :/
