  1. If this is real its an exact copy of the Alto TS212: https://www.altoproaudio.com/images/products/TS212_Back_web.png http://www.headrushfx.com/img/[HC01]FRFR-112_Rear_WEB.jpg
  2. Beeing a classic rock fan, the pedals that I use most are: Minotaur Stupor OD Scream 808 Hedgehog D9 The most important thing I noticed when I was playing around with the Native Trial, was the Input volume. I had to turn it down quite a bit to come close the the Helix Hardware. But when it comes to feel I'm just not a fan of Software Modeling - I never could match the feel of the Helix Hardware. It was close with a good soundcard...
  3. In fact this was one of my first wish when I got the Helix (one from the first run). I wrote it on another forum (can't find it anymore) but didn't get much attention. It's true we can live with but In my opinion there is no reason to cut the name and I don't think there is a technically limitiation for doing it. There was never an explanation from Line 6 itself so we can just guess...
  4. I agree, the names shouldn't be cut. I do rename my IRs in a way that is convinient for me but they can get a bit long and are cut off. The name could be something like "Rw-Marshall-1960A-Celestion-G12M-25s" for a Mix of the Redwirez IR. So I can recognize exactly which IR it is. The bad thing is that the names are cut off not only visually so that on export you have the cutted name.
  5. I think you need a ray gun for that ;-) https://youtu.be/OSMZMcQz0NE?t=39s
  6. Yes I meant that - doesn't work anymore.
  7. Thanks for checking. I'm on Windows 10 too. Have to test again when I'm at home.
  8. Oh really? I have to try again. Didn't work soon after the update. Also had a Editor crash, maybe that's why.
  9. I'd try to download the firmware from the website and then do the update with the file: http://line6.com/software/

    New Presets?

Well, there are some new presets in Factory 1. I did the Reset just to see if there are some :-)
  11. I like the new editor but I must confess that my first thought was also "Why the hell did they make everything smaller?". We lost Drag and Drop funciton for Impulse Responses too. Since I got my helix when no editor was available yet, I'm used to edit on the device itself anyway.
  12. Amen - I have a MTJ that has stainless frets and I absolutly love them. If I'll ever have to refret my JTV 69 I'll put on stainless steel frets for sure.

    Ownhammer IR's

I'm more into classic rock, and have bought the Fender Twin Reverb which I like. Don't know about the ones you mentions - sorry.

  18. Have a look at the TEMPLATES Setlist
  19. Focusrite has good ASIO Drivers. I'm not able to get an acceptable Latency with Helix Hardware but with my Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 2nd Gen I get a usable Latency - It doesn't feel as good as with Helix but it's acceptable.
  20. It's strange - I'm running Native in Cubase Elements 9 without Problems (Win 10 too). May have something to do with the Pro Version?
  21. Now I feel bad because I got the "big" helix and he got the LT.
  22. Maybe you're looking in the Mono Effects? Rotary is in the stereo effects list.
  23. Have a look at Redwirez mixIR2.
  24. Looks interesting. I'm on windows though, so I can't test, sorry
