Pod farm 2 dual track help
Triryche replied to dylanboyle89's topic in POD Farm / POD Studio / TonePort
Are you using a Line6 interface like a UX or GX, or is this standalone software? -
Can you post a screenshot? In "My Tones" in the app, I only see tones I have tweaked and saved to "My Tones".
-
Yes, that is what the AMP out is for, and the BT audio stream is not routed to the AMP out.

Also, if you purchased the Metal shop, it is tied to your account regardless. -
Metal Shop Not Showing Up In License Manager? (gx)
Triryche replied to Mikeyyager's topic in POD Farm / POD Studio / TonePort
Did you purchase the GX new? If so, was it first registered after Oct 2009? If so you should be eligible for PF2 for free. -
When you say load tones, are you referring to the tone match or a preset?
-
It should show up as an ASIO device in your DAW.

Metal Shop Not Showing Up In License Manager? (gx)
Triryche replied to Mikeyyager's topic in POD Farm / POD Studio / TonePort
Make sure I see this a lot if you have POD Farm, but are now trying to launch POD Farm 2. So unless you purchases an upgrade to PF2, or PF2 came with you UX (typically does with a black-faced POD Studio) make sure you are launching POD Farm 1, and also run the License Manager. -
There is not true bypass on the FX100, but you can have an empty patch to serve as a bypass. One way is Guitar>>FX100 Guitar In>>FX100 Main Out(s)>>AMP's FX Return. this will bypass you amps' preamp. If you want you amp's preamp color Guitar>>Amp>>Amp FX Send>>FX100 Guitar In>>FX100 Main Out(s)>>AMP's FX Return. In this scenario you may want to disable the FX100's AMP and Cab modeling.

Unless it has changed, Audacity does not support ASIO with a regular install due to Steinburg licensing, however, you can compile Audacity to support ASIO. You can look this up on Audacity's website. MIKEY9966, I suspect there is a USB conflict between the AMPLIFi and the Fast Track. Per ASIO protocols, the Input and Output needs to be the same device, with the exception an aggregated device, which you can do on a Mac.

I would try a different PC or use an iOS 7 or 8 device. Unfortunately the update via BT is ~ 40 minutes.
-
Pair the iPhone to the AMPLIFi and go to Settings>>Device Flash
-
Did you try the guitar on another amp? It is strange you can hear the popping noises from touching the cable but not the guitar. Do you have active pup's? if so change the battery.
-
Have you tried adjusting the channel volume (guitar level) on the FX100 (not the master volume)?
-
Currently there is no way to save all 100 presets as a bundle. You can save them to "my tones" which is stored in the cloud.
-
It should only take a few minutes at most with the PC utility. Is there different PC you can try or an iOS 7 or 8 device? Updating via BT my take ~40 minutes.

Is it safe to run from main out to the front of an amp?
Triryche replied to John61254's topic in AMPLIFi TT/FX100
Also, there are 2 volume controls on the FX100, if it's not hot enough, maybe you need to perform a pedal calibration. -

Triryche replied to John61254's topic in AMPLIFi TT/FX100
musicmaing, you would need to run both main outs, L,R to a stereo, (TRS) jack to get true stereo. The AMP Out is EQed to go into the front of an amp (preamp), typically for amps with no fx loop. -
Ux2 Windows 8.1 Audio distorted
Triryche replied to zomgsandisk's topic in Computer Audio Setup and Troubleshooting
Can you hear audio from Windows the UX2 OK? -
Just for clarification you have downloaded and installed the driver adds recording?
-
Technically yes, but the results may not be that great. A mixer would be better.

Tweaked tone settings compared to original preset or cloud tone
Triryche replied to stevesavini's topic in AMPLIFi
Reload the preset.(I know, not the answer you're looking for) Unless you save the changes to the hardware, the preset will not change. Also, you cannot overwrite tones from the cloud. -
1) I don't know, maybe they'll release one more n the future. 2) From the AMPLIFi Remote App go to >>settings>>device flash 3) Put your phone on vibrate or do not disturb. 4) Both ways will work, but if you wan to control the AMPLIFi parameters while streaming you will need to use the app's player.

You just tap the next preset. You won't be able to see all the presets until you pair you device to the amp. You will likely need to update the firmware.
