  1. Save whatever patch bundle you have, then do another re-Flash. When the prompt asks you if you want to keep patches, click on "No" so that it will do a fresh new re-Flash. If that doesn't fix it, then log a Support Ticket in your account, it will need to go to an authorized service center. Could be a board failure or a Model encoder failure.
  2. Faites vérifier la configuration, il peut nécessiter un ajustement précis de dernière minute.
  3. Algeria is on a 230VAC/50Hz system, you will need a step down transformer between the wall and the amp, to go from 230VAC/50Hz to 120VAC/60Hz. That is a transformer for the US wall voltage. Just a reminder.
  4. Drip a bit into the saddle area, then gently blow it out with canned air. The saddles act as a chassis ground to the piezos. If it gets dirty, it can become an intermittent connection.
  5. " Ou tu prends ce kit et tu peux enlever la batterie https://www.thomann.de/be/line6_variax_cabled_power_kit.htm "--- Yes. Assurez-vous d’utiliser le câble TRS de la guitare au wedge. Ou utilisez le câble et les connecteurs Line 6 VDI sur les effets Variax et Floor. Assurez-vous que vos effets de sol ne sont pas en mode "Force", sinon les effets de sol détermineront le modèle Variax pour vous.
  6. A 120VAC / 220VAC would be closer, since US power transformer primaries are 117-120VAC.
  7. XT Live might, might be too old for a JTV. Best you use the interface device to link the guitar to the computer for updates or customized patches (and Alt Tunes) thru Workbench HD. XT Live won't handle HD firmware guitars, they are two generations removed.
  8. Hard to tell in that light if the connector is keyed correctly, you might want to double check that.
  9. Log a support ticket in your account. Failed input circuit, needs to be taken to a Line 6 authorized service center.
  10. Do you have it plugged into an AC converter transformer so that it can run off of the AC mains in Argentina? These do not have adaptive switch supplies that will run on any wall socket. Have to have a unit made for the Argentine AC mains wall socket, or an AC converter transformer that will convert to the correct wall socket voltage. That looks like a power transformer for US wall voltage, which is the wrong kind.
  11. For ideas, there's the "Idea Scale" site, for submitting ideas for products and features. It's how the Helix was created.
  12. Schematics are not available. Chances are the output amp board is damaged, Line 6 authorized service the the only option. Log a Support ticket with Line 6 Customer Support.
  13. Unplug the guitar. So long as it's plugged in the battery is engaged and will drain. A full battery will drain in 1 to 1-1/2 days if left plugged in. Débranchez la guitare. Tant qu'elle est branchée, la batterie est engagée et s'épuise. Une batterie complètement déchargée dans 1 à 1-1 / 2 jours si laissée branchée
  14. Whether models or mags,.... TS and VDI,... TRS and VDI,... don't do that. 1/4" TRS OR VDI,.... not both together,... one OR the other, at any given time. Thank you.
  15. Right,... the XPS works fine. Just don't run simultaneously with the VDI,... the Variax circuits are not designed for that kind of current draw.
  16. R23-24 are not related to the hum. There is a bigger issue there if the hum is that bad. There are multiple issues there. It needs to be taken to a Line 6 authorized service center.
  17. Don't do that. Have had guitars come back with circuits that failed because of running it using both outputs. Trying to keep all your gear off of my repair bench. Please don't do that.
  18. Warble is typically a result of the distance between the pick-up and string not being adjusted correctly, and the magnetic field pulling on the strings. Yes, heavier stings help, 10's and 11's.
  19. SchulzeJ,... yes, up to a point. It has to do with the frequency/bit rate of the application. Since this is such a topic here, I have chats about this every year at the trade show and through social media with my pal Steve Lampen of Belden Cable,... he writes books on this stuff, and confirms the info I bring here. Along with CAT6 and CAT7 performing poorly with our gear, because our gear runs outside the optimum frequency bandwidth of those cables. There are subtle differences between the three CAT's and that makes all the difference. CAT5, CAT5e are the ones to use with our gear.
  20. It should be snug and not have travel. It may not be in all the way as you might think. I go through this myself all the time with a host of guitars with the rod adjust access on the body side of the neck,... it feels like it's in, but it isn't. It won't do a 360 rotation because it's what's known as a dual action rod or dual rod (upper, lower). https://line6.com/find/service_center/ For the authorized service center near you. Check the category for ones that also do guitars.
  21. In the photo, the nut looked good. In the video, it looked like the wrench may not have been snug in the nut all the way. It sometimes feels like it's all the way in, but actually might not be. It's a bit of a tight access port, and something I've gotten used to when servicing these guitars.
  22. Yes. The Ethercon Canon casings make for good lock. Jiggling and loose connections can cause transient on the lines that can damage circuitry in the guitars. It would be easier and less time consuming to get a VDI from the music store, rather than making one yourself.
