  1. Is there a type of spread to select?
  2. Is the there a type of spread?
  3. I will check it out tonight, do you by chance have a mono black after it?
  4. Try uninstalling Helix Native, reboot and open Reaper per k-grimm403's suggestion and make sure Helix Native is not an available plug-in. Close Reaper, then install Helix Native 1.10.
  5. Cosmos Echo perhaps? Using the stereo version of an effect does not necessarily give it a "stereo effect", it preserves discrete L/R processing (will not mono sum).
  6. I'm having a slight issue trying to install the update... For example is, I ain't got me no Helix!!
  7. Is your firmware up to date? When the volume starts dropping does moving the channel or master volume bring it back?
  8. Please try these steps: http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/amplifi-products/ampl/4-tone-lights-flashing-on-amplifi-3075150tt-r713 Then do a factory update after flashing the firmware.
  9. First run the newest version of the Line6 Monkey and update anything that is not current. The proper way to use the GX is to connect headphones or powered speakers directly to the GX.
  10. hurghanico - Interesting, I will see what mine looks like later tonight. Do you see it on this page when logged in? https://line6.com/account/software/
  11. So if you run Monkey you have a green tick for firmware? Did you run the License Manager? Also, check out these instructions from the Knowledge Base to make sure you did not miss a step. http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/pod/pod-hd500-hd500x/installing-hd-model-packs-on-hd500x500hdhd-p-r730
  12. There is a some type of clip indicator on the bean. I haven't used it in a while, but I think the word clip is displayed when clipping. There are two types of clipping, coming in the input too hot, and a digital clipping. To rule out clipping causing the issue, turn you guitar way down, set the DS-1 Tone and Dist @ 12 O'Clock, Level dimed, then see if you hear a boost in signal when you turn the DS-1 on.
  13. With Guitar -> Pedal(s) -> POD XT -> Guitar AMP, do you get the same behavior?
  14. There is a workaround, it is usually horrible. In Win 7 sound control panel you can go to the Helix and check the box "Listen to this device", not sure what it is called in Win8 or 10. But as others have stated, better off with a decent set of headphones. To Peter's point, If you plan on recording you will want/need studio headphones and or monitors. Your headphones may sound great for movies and games, but they likely are enhancing the bass, which will reek havoc for recording/mixing.
  15. Are you going Guitar >> External Pedal >> PODxt >> AMP, Monitors, or Headphones?
  16. Did you purchase an upgrade to PF2? Most UX8 will have a PF1 license, unless the first time it was register was after a certain cutoff date (Oct 2010, I think). Run the Money to make sure your drivers are up to date, install PF1, and try to authorize.
  17. hmmmm, unfamiliar with the forum? You do seem vaguely familiar
  18. From the POD Farm 2 Advanced User Guide: 3-12 (p65) Mac® - Line 6 Audio-MIDI Devices Dialog You can launch the Line 6 Audio-MIDI Devices dialog from within the Mac® System Preferences, or from the POD Farm 2 standalone application’s Preferences > Hardware tab. On Mac® systems, all Line 6 hardware utilizes the Mac OS® X Core Audio driver format, which means that some of your Line 6 device settings are found in the Mac OS® X Audio-MIDI Setup dialog. You can get to this dialog from within the Line 6 Audio-MIDI Devices dialog (or, from the Finder by going to Applications > Utilities > Audio-MIDI Setup). I would read this entire section and then post back if you have more questions. But it is possible to record with the UX2 without running PF. Besides setting on the Mac, there are also the gain controls for the mic inputs on the UX2 also.
  19. The UX gives you up to 4 inputs, if you send the dry unprocessed signal and you are still clipping, then you may have very hot and/or active pickups, in which case you can use the PAD instrument input. With the UX I typically send dry and processed simultaneously and then re-amp the dry post processing with plug-ins with the wet serving as I reminder of what tone I was going for.
  20. Is there a Line6 utility on the Mac for configuring the UX2? On PC it's named Line6 Audio-MIDI control panel. Also, on PC if you use the UX2 without PF, the DAW will receive and record the signal, but you will not hear it unless you have monitoring enabled in your DAW.
  21. Try deleting the 32bit dll file and reassign the bath to the plug-in.
  22. Are you sending the unprocessed signal?
