  1. If you do not want the PC sounds mute them in Windows mixer.
  2. The AMPLIFi should playback any pc sounds, inlucing tracks in Ableton. Are you selecting the Line6 ASIO as you device in Ableton? As for playing in places without WiFi, I would recomend pluging your phone into the AUX In and take the BT stream out of the equation.
  3. The wet signal is what is sent via USB see yes you would need to have a blank preset. Then turn on monitoring in your DAW. Regarding playback of backing tracks, do you mean via the AMPLIFi Remote App?
  4. The red-faced Toneports come with a free PF1 hardware enabled license. The black-faced POD Studios come with a free PF2 hardware enabled license.
  5. You are introducing an extra A/D conversion running the POD's analoge out to the Behringer. Have you tried running the POD directly to Reaper via USB while selecting Line6 ASIO as your device in Reaper? I forget what the USB audio options are for the 500, but make she you are capturing Studio direct.
  6. That is the issue. You need to use the GX as both the recording and playback device. You need to connect your monitoring solution (studio monitors, powered speakers, headphones...)to the GX. If you are using a DAW make sure to select LIne6 ASIO within your DAW.
  7. In the meantime, I would recomend opening a support ticket with Line6.
  8. USB Audio Interfaces are external soundcards. And when used as intended it becomes your PC’s soundcard. There are exceptions when aggregating devices but that is not common in the PC realm. The closest thing to a direct replacement from Line6 would be the POD Studio GX, next step up would be a UX1, then a UX2. Not sure what your budget is, but their Helix line IMHO is far superior to the POD Farm tones and is what I would invest in if the budget allowed. It can be used as a standalone modeler (no PC needed) and/or a USB interface.
  9. That is essentially what happened. They were not receiving proper support so it was not sustainable.
  10. LOL!! Work around unbtil it's fixed: Google site:Line6.com and your saearch terms, example: site:Line6.com Favorite FRFR
  11. you could've at least waited for a few more memes before fixing it!! [ROFL Emoticon]
  12. Well at least they got rid of the magic elevator!!
  13. Open a support ticket with Line6
  14. That's just how those presets were constructed.
  15. Do you remember the Harmonic Converger controversy?
  16. Never mind. I thought you were trying to import presets created in Helix Native to your Hardware. Have you also updated HX Edit?
  17. There are some stereo templates in the Helix Native presets to get you started. Also, take a look at these threads:
  18. Just for calrification, you have update to the most recent version of Helix Native?
  19. Reminds me of back in the XT days when FIZZ was like a 4 letter word in the forums and many users we raving about Digitech’s Bad Monkey helping tame the fizz.
  20. To loop in real time you will want to put the pedal after the UX, this will allow you to create layers with different patches. Yes, distortion pedals will sound different thru different amps.
  21. To fflbrgst point make sure you are explicitly selecting the GX as your default device. Also, if you continue to have issues please submit a support ticket, if it is driver related the more info Line6 receives the better chance of a quicker driver update.
