  2. It is possible that you need to give the app access to the microphone in the iOS settings. Settings> Privacy> Microphone> (app)
  3. No, the Relay G70 works only with the TB516G.
  4. I just tried a Sonic Port VX with Auria v1.155 and it worked in 44.1 and 48kHz. Do you have some detail on your setup like using Audiobus or similar?
  5. If you use that setup, does the battery charge get lower over time?
  6. This is why there is the "Follow Stage" button on the iPad's stage view. This needs to be enabled for the iPad's faders to automatically scroll to the selected channel.
  7. Another issue that lead to shortages was our change in the European distribution. This is also resolved but it takes some time until the dealers get the orders from the new distributor.
  8. We are making and supporting StageScape M20d and StageSource speakers. This is official :) We had a shortage due to production which is resolved now. Thank you, Arne Wallbrecher
  9. Sometimes the iPad can show "not charging" when the battery is really low- the iPad is actually charging. Which software did you use with Sonic Port VX? The hardware latency should be the same as on Sonic Port, we have tested that :)
  10. The main mix is being recorded after the master fader. This means that its level depends on where the master fader is set. This is necessary to avoid a situation where the recording could be clipping while the audible mix is not. The mixing is happening in 32 bit floating point and has to go out the 24 bit output. While the 32 bit floating point part is impossible to clip the 24 bit one is. The not attenuated pre- master fader signal could clip when going to 24 bits.
  11. The M20d does have stereo outputs- it does not have a main output balance control. Although there are some cases, like yours, where this can be useful main output balance controls are rare also on analog mixers.
  12. Just to make sure: The output volume of the sonic port devices ic controlled by the iPhones volume buttons. Have you tried to turn up the iPhones volume?
  13. Hold "SETUP" during power up opens a screen calibration menu :-)
  14. Sorry to hear that! Put the firmware (http://line6.com/software/) on an SD card, power on while holding TWEAK, RECORD and MONITOR.
  15. You are not at all. The thing with this is that we can not make an official statement here before we officially re- certify this for newer devices :-)
  16. That's correct, thanks Rick. As others mentioned before- you can just use setups but there will be a very short interruption of the audio.
  17. It could be a buffer size setting. Depending on the GarageBand version you can lower the buffer size (the latest version does not allow that).

  19. If the signal is cutting out it is not from overheating. It is most likely a cable/ connection. When the speaker is overheating the limiter threshold is adapted so that the input is lowered gradually- it does not just cut out. It also needs to be VERY hot before that happens. How was the outside temerature when this happened?
