  1. You can just highlight all of your Impulse Responses in Helix Edit (Control-A on Windows or Command-A on macOS}, export them all, and then import them into Helix Native. Boom.
  2. You can't expect any product (Line 6 or whoever) to work with every single amp on the market. It works with the most common amps. It has worked for me on every Marshall I own.
  3. You will have to add/import the IRs just like you did on your Helix. They will also need to be in same order as they are on your Helix for your patches to work exactly the same. Hope this helps you.
  4. Just like brue58ski and soundog said, if you're using the same speakers or studio monitors, it will be exactly the same. The modeling and effects in the Helix and Helix Native share the same exact codebase.
  5. Same. I've been doing this for over a year with no issues.
  6. You should be fine using a USB-C to USB adapter with the newer (2016+) MacBook/MacBook Pro models.
  7. Hi All, I did a little research on the Marshall Silver Jubilee reissue cabinets (2551AV, 2551BV, 2536, and 2536A) and the Marshall Mini Jubilee (2525C) speaker(s): 2551AV/2551BV (original models) Speaker model 4 x Celestion Vintage 30 https://www.celestionplus.com/products/irs-by-speaker/vintage-30/ -- or -- Speaker model 4 x Celestion G12T-75 https://www.celestionplus.com/products/irs-by-speaker/g12t-75/ 2551AV/2551BV (current models) Speaker model 4 x Celestion G12 Vintage (16Ω, 70w) https://marshall.com/marshall-amps/products/cabinets/2551av-and-2551bv/ https://www.celestionplus.com/products/irs-by-speaker/v-type/ 2536/2536A (current models) Speaker model 2 x Celestion G12 Vintage (16Ω, 70w) https://marshall.com/marshall-amps/products/cabinets/2536-and-2536a https://www.celestionplus.com/products/irs-by-speaker/v-type/ Marshall Mini Jubilee 2525C Combo (current model) Speaker model 1 x Celestion G12M-25 (16Ω, 25w) https://marshall.com/marshall-amps/products/amps/mini-jubilee/2525c/ https://www.celestionplus.com/products/irs-by-speaker/g12m/ I am not new to the Helix, but I am new to using IRs in general. I have a Marshall 2525C Mini Jubilee that comes with a single Celestion G12M-25 (16Ω, 25w) speaker, but the preamp is the same as it's big brother the 2555X. Not sure if this helps anybody else, but I thought I would share what I just bought from Celestion. Thanks, David
  8. Only hardware products/bundles will show up as registered devices. For example, a Relay G70 wireless combo will only count as one registered product even though it comes with a transmitter and a receiver. If you purchased those items separately, then it would count as two registered products. Helix Native or any other software plug-in doesn't counter either.
  9. I do like the synergy with other Line 6 products; however, it's still way too expensive for what it is.
  10. It's moments like this when I hate being the type of person that has to have the latest and greatest! I went all-in with a Helix, G70, and two Mission Engineering expression pedals last October.
  11. Helix. The 7CM method will still work for the HX Effects; however, HX Edit isn't fully featured yet for that model from what I understand.
  12. See attached. Path 1 uses FX Loop 1 and Path 2 uses FX Loop 2. All of the blocks before the FX Loops (Paths 1A and 2A) goes in front of the amps and all of the blocks after the FX Loops (Paths 1B and 2B) goes into the amp's effects loop. I changed my output setting to 1/4" so the audio will just go to my amps; however, if I was recording or also wanted the audio routed to my studio monitors I would set it back to the default output of Multi.
  13. The 4CM has nothing to do with the Ext Amp jack and channel switching. Make sure you're using the right cable TS/TRS, etc. and have the correct settings on the switch.
  14. I have two of these pedals. Although the toe switch doesn't work with the Helix Floor, I bought them anyway for future use. The pedals work great for wah, etc. and I prefer them over the built-in pedal which I use for volume. The travel distance is less.
  15. This is fixed in Helix firmware 2.54 which is available for download now.
  16. Thank you for sharing this. This is an area I admittedly know very little about.
  17. Just remember that any blocks going before the amp/preamp blocks will be processed into a mono signal afterwards. In other words, you're wasting valuable DSP power on any stereo blocks before the amp/preamp blocks.
  18. I only use the preamp blocks when I want to use the power section of my tube amp, but with the modeled preamp.
  19. This is how I have my two amps setup. Obviously you can skip the 7-cable method if you only have one amp. See attached. 4 Cable Method (4CM) Cable #1 Guitar to Helix Guitar In Cable #2 Helix FX Send Loop 1 to Amp #1 Main Input Cable #3 Amp #1 FX Send Loop to Helix FX Return Loop 1 Cable #4 Helix 1/4" Left (mono) Out to Amp #1 FX Return Loop 7 Cable Method (7CM) Cable #5 Helix FX Send Loop 2 to Amp #2 Main Input Cable #6 Amp #2 FX Send Loop to Helix FX Return Loop 2 Cable #7 Helix 1/4" Right Out to Amp #2 FX Return Loop
  20. I use two Marshall UK tube combos (Silver Mini Jubilee and JTM312) with the 7-cable method and I couldn't be happier. See attached.
  21. Cool. I'm glad you found a solution that's going to work for you!
  22. That's a good question. I guess you would call that the 8-cable method! I've never tried it, but I think it "might" be possible since the Helix since has two guitar inputs and the ability to setup two independent signal paths. Not sure about the HX Effects. With that being said, I don't think anything in the Helix family was really designed for multiple, independent guitar use. I'm not sure why anyone would really want to share a pedalboard with another guitarist. I have attached a screenshot from HX Edit on how it "might" be possible, but again... I haven't tired it. Hope this help you.
  23. You're welcome, man! Good luck and congrats on joining the Helix family. You're going to love your HX Effects!
