  1. here you go.. screenshot of pod farm 2.5+ working in logic pro x (on yosemite) logic pro x does not support 32 bit... so rest assured it's 64 bit.
  2. stores it until you turn it off or engage the tuner. and no.
  3. possibly if i think about it when i get home... but i assure you it works....
  4. uhm... you specifically asked if anyone had it working in logic.. so i specifically answered... logic pro x is 64bit.
  5. call support. there is probably a setting you need to adjust... i don't use cubase.
  6. yeah and its pod farm 2.5+ and i know that it DOES work... (i only stated that pod farm 1.x is not native 64) you are doing something wrong.. i don't know what... but call or open a support ticket and they will help you figure it out. http://line6.com/company/contact/
  7. where does it say that the original pod farm works in native 64bit mode? the 32bit plugin will work on a 64bit platform... but in 32 bit... many DAWS have started disabling these kinds of options to force a full native 64bit environment. but for native 64bit plugins you need pod farm 2.5+
  8. i seem to remember that the pod farm 2.5+ binaries are universal 32/64 bit and not separate files. i don't remember the fix, but they will run 64bit... may be dependent on your DAW, or you may need to do the get info thing on the pod farm binary and hit the 32/64bit check box.
  9. gearbox is still available and as far as i know, still working on all windows computers... true gearbox is no longer supported or updated... the only issue that i know that makes gearbox not work is an apple update called Yosemite.... if that doesn't apply to you... then the issue is probably something else.
  10. sometimes it has to do with the computer if that's how you're trying to charge it... i find this helps with those issues (does not require anything "asus") http://event.asus.com/mb/2010/ai_charger/ also when it says "not charging" it definitely sees the power source and it's just not the power level that it likes to see.... often times it is still charging... just very very slowly.. generally enough to keep the battery from going dead.
  11. have you tried something like slimdrivers? a new version of windows likely has alot of default microsoft drivers... for things seemingly unrelated like your usb drivers, and chipset drivers... also try to avoid usb 3.0 if possible... its not as backward compatible as it should be.
  12. yeah pretty much all of them.... no software agrees with every computer... that's clearly the category that the previous poster falls in... but i've used the software on every operating system since xp including 8.1 with no issues.
  13. all of the M effects are in the HD pods too... and you can get more than 4 at a time. :)
  14. subjective... i think they sound tons better... more dynamics... i doubt many would deny that workbench HD is alot better... even if some prefer the sounds of the older firmware... also i think the majority would agree that the guitar itself is better also. then there is the ability to use standard pickups as well... or even use both the standard pickups and the models...
  15. well the premise of this whole thread is "are they" or "aren't they", "will they" or "won't they", etc... and my information is better than all of the misguided people claiming that they pod hd is dead etc. it's not my information to share... (nor am i privy to any specifics besides...) and digital igloo himself has came in here and said that they are working on stuff.... so it's not exactly a secret.... i have no intention of just letting people post unfounded claims as facts... otherwise the whole point of this thread is just to have a group cry about a problem that doesn't exist.... so restating the fact that they've publicly said they are working on pod hd stuff.... is in fact relevant to the topic....

  17. there's a difference between what they are working on... and what they have released. it's really that simple... as i said time will tell.... but i cannot... (NDA) there is no argument at all... because i know what i know... implemented vs submitted has no bearing... because my point is what they are working on... NOT what they've released.
  18. you're probably right here... you couldn't be more wrong here... but not going to burden the topic with my resume... in any case... i hope you figure it out, good luck in your efforts.
  19. Still won't get you the answers you want... and make no mistake... you intend to keep asking the question until someone gives you the answer you want. not like i don't understand your frustration... but i've provided you with official avenues to express that.... both a phone number and support ticket system. the expert criteria has nothing to do with the number of posts or points. or coincidentally... it also has nothing to do with our ability to hack into code and provide you with the answer you want.
  20. many problems with your post.... it's rude. this is not a forum ONLY for those seeking and providing service. (It's for all users) i've pointed out in this thread the means of getting support. i've also pointed out that there is no support available for this product. you can choose yosemite... and perhaps use bootcamp, parallels, fusion, etc... or another workaround if one is ever discovered. or you can go to a supported OS. (or even Mavericks... which was also not supported, but worked anyway...)
