  1. Navigate to Downloads at the top of the page and select the appropriate filters from the drop downs.
  2. Assuming you have a UX POD Studio or Toneport. The UX has up to 4 sends that can be configured in PF standalone mixer view or the Line6 Audio-MIDI control panel. One workflow I typically use with the UX is to record a dry stereo track and a wet stereo track simultaneously. Then insert the PF plug-in on the dry track with the wet track serving as a reference for the tone I was going for.
  3. That's bizarre!! Just to rule it out, I would reinstall the drivers. Did you purchase it new? If so you should have a 90 day warranty.
  4. I think the issue may only one program can access the UX2 as an ASIO device. Try not opening PF and instead use the Line6 Audio-MIDI Devices control panel to select Instrument.
  5. Your monitors are connect directly to the UX1? Are you selecting the proper input in POD Farm?
  6. The original disc is pretty useless. There was a small window when the POD Studio came with PF1 while they were getting ready to launch PF2, but you should have been eligible for the free upgrade (if I am remembering correctly). Users that purchased a red-faced Toneport during that window were also eligible. You should call Line6 CS to confirm for sure, and if it turns out you do not have the vst plug-in (which I don't think is the case) you should ask if they will comp it for you seeing as you do have the POD Studio.
  7. If you have a black-face POD Studio it should have a PF2 license including the VST plug-in. I suspect you have an older red-faced Toneport.
  8. An Amplifi 150 and FX100 would be redundant. You would not be able to control the 150 with FX100. You can connect only to one hardware at a time. If it were me, I would look into the POD Go, it is based on their current flagship processor Helix and can do so, so, so much more and is strongly supported.
  9. Very easy to setup. There UX2 has 4 sends available to Reaper (you may need to enable all of them in Reaper). In the PF standalone mixer view you can choose what what to send on the 4 sends. For guitar I typically arm two stereo tracks to record. L/R wet on one (to serve as a reference to the tone I was going for) and L/R dry on the other. I then add pulg-ins to the dry track post processing. Just for clarification, I am not processing any VST's on the tracks that I am recording while recording.
  10. The iPad is not supported. Some of the other Line6 devices can connect with a camera kit, but I don't think the UX1 is one of them. You could submitt a support ticket or give costumer service a call for an official answer.
  11. You need to monitor the wet thru PF standalone while you capture the dry, or wet and dry in your DAW. Then add you plug-ins after you already recorded.
  12. Can you describe a bit more on "it never fully opens"?
  13. Is this a new unit? Have you run the Line6 Monkey?
  14. Is the noise present with no cable plugged into the GX and with out your plug-ins?
  15. I'm pretty sure you can sell it. It's the other way that is an issue. If you purchased a discounted Helix Native license from a qualifying purchase, you have to wait at least six months before you can sell your hardware. If you sell prior ot that you would need to pay the difference or your license would be de-authorized.
  16. Have you checked your guitar and cable on an amp to confirm they work?
  17. You could try running it in compatibility mode. What Line6 interface do you have?
  18. Are you trying to connect headphones or powered speakers?
  19. Are they effects that you don't have in your current version of PF? PF that comes with the UX1 typically does not have all the models authorized. Likely they are from the FX Junkie Model Pack add on.
