Were your monitors set to "floor wedge" mode and now you have them in a different mode since they are being used for mains now? Or did you build your preset with them on or near the floor, but now they are on stands? If they were near the floor before but now on stands, then you may have been creating your presets with some bass/floor coupling from the speakers which would have "accentuated" the bass, thus making you roll off bass from your presets. Then you move the speakers on to stands and you lose the bass coupling effect, loosing a LOT of bottom end.

^GREAT tip. You can even put the looper in one of the Helix effects loops so you can place it in your signal chain anywhere you want. If you use loops alot, some looper pedals even have loop file management capabilities.

In global settings, is MIDI over USB option turned on?

I don't quite get what you're saying. Are you saying you are losing snapshot data when copying/pasting effect blocks? If that is the case, snapshot data does not follow blocks. Snapshot data lives in the preset.

I do my high cut at the cabinet or IR block. Depends on the guitar I am using or particular preset but I have set my high cut anywhere from 5.5kHz to 9kHz.

Yep, you got it. If you touch the tap foot switch (not press) then you can manually assign the tempo as well. I prefer programming it rather than tapping it. I don't get consistent results with the tap and is kind of frustrating.

Yes, you have to operate the expression pedal (or foot switch) to populate the new value after changing the upper or lower limit.

There is no gap between switching snapshots, no matter the firmware revision. Glad you got it worked out.

Set your expression pedals to global rather than per preset and it should take care of it.

I've been considering Variax so I can transition between electric and acoustic seamlessly in a P&W environment. I decided on installing a piezo bridge on my strat instead. I'll be installing it this coming week. Maybe in the future I may go with Variax for on the fly tuning changes, but that is low on my priority list of "needs".

I run mine XLR right, set to mic level, to FOH. If you are changing yours from line to mic level, yes there will be a volume drop at the board so your sound person will have to bring your level up a bit.

You can run one signal (either 1/4 or XLR) to front of house then the other signal to your powered speaker. You can assign the big volume knob to only control your powered speaker and not the FOH signal, so you can adjust your own volume without messing with FOH.

I believe you can route USB IN 1/2 to XLR in global settings, and then set your guitar output to 1/4" per preset
