As the FX100 is about the same size as a POD HD300, the FG4 bag on our US web store will probably fit: https://www.globalfulfillment.net/gfsnet/line6/10Browse.aspx?cid=172 If you get one, and it fits, please mark this as solved so others know it fits. Otherwise, we have a 30 day return window if it doesn't work out for you.

Hello, all. We are sorry to see some of you run into this issue. This is an issue that we recently were made aware of on some early AMPLIFi 150 units, and we have implemented a solution for it. Our authorized service centers can perform the repair. Alternatively, Line 6 can perform the repair if an RMA is generated. As both scenarios offer the repair under our one-year warranty, please ensure you can furnish a copy of your proof of purchase, a requirement for warranty service. Please see our Service Page for repair process details. Thanks for your patience and your patronage.

L2t Vibration And Rattling.... Noise
Line6Tony replied to tudscamp's topic in StageScape Mixer / StageSource Speakers
We’re glad to announce that we’ve tested and approved a replacement fan for the L2 speaker. At the end of this week, our authorized service centers will be able to order the replacement fan and perform the repair. Alternatively, Line 6 can perform the repair if an RMA is generated. As both scenarios offer the repair under our three-year warranty, please ensure you can furnish a copy of your proof of purchase, a requirement for warranty service. Please see our Service Page for repair process details. Thanks again for your patience and your patronage. -

I Miss A Lot Of Postings ...

After being alerted of this and looking into it, we have found that said threads were inappropriately removed and cannot be recovered. We suggest posting new threads for any subject matter you'd want to discuss. We apologize for any inconvenience caused. -
Thanks for your continued patience. Here's the latest on this issue: - We have submitted a fix for App Store Review - Apple has granted us an expedited review, and the review is expected to start soon - This crash is impossible to reproduce on any version of the app that has not been processed for the live App Store, even by Apple - The crash affects iPhones only; iPads are unaffected - Apple provides no means of reverting to a previous app build - When a new app is released in the App Store, the previous version is automatically removed from the App Store - Users can restore to a previous version through iTunes, if the device had previously been backed up We apologize for how this has inconvenienced our customers. I'll post again once I have pertinent information.
-
Early reports are that the update crash affects iPhones, but generally works well with iPads. Also, deleting the updated app and rolling back to a previous version via a back-up seems to work. There is now verbiage about this issue in the app's description in the Apple App Store. We're working with Apple to identify the best course of action.

We're sorry for the inconvenience, folks! The Amplifi remote team is aware of the issue and is looking into it. I will update this thread as soon as I have pertinent info to report. Thanks for your patience, guys.

Freehbird, sorry to see you not have a good experience with AMPLIFi. Were you able to update the amp? Firmware 1.00.5 improves Bluetooth functionality.

The original thread is back after being accidentally hidden, along with some other threads I'm still trying to find and reinstate. Please PM me if you know the titles of any such threads that disappeared. I'm sorry about any confusion or additional angst caused.

L2t Vibration And Rattling.... Noise
Line6Tony replied to tudscamp's topic in StageScape Mixer / StageSource Speakers
Guys, We're aware that some L2 model speakers are exhibiting a rattling noise in specific cases and applications. We have determined the root cause is the fan. We are aggressively working on a solution that will undergo extensive testing to ensure that: · the noise problem is addressed · the fan performs as expected · no new issues are introduced Although we’ve made this a high priority, we can’t commit to a time frame until we have a qualified solution in house. Once that work is complete, customers who report the problem to Line 6 Customer Service will be given appropriate guidelines for repair. We will report a solution at the earliest opportunity, and we thank you for your continued patience. -
Updating the amp to f/w 1.00.5 is the best thing to do. Please make sure your battery is charged on iOS device.
-
Guys, we have two KB items that show you how to update the amp: http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/amplifiers/ampl/ It should take you to version 1.00.5. Between 1.00 and 1.00.4, several fixes were put in place that improve Bluetooth data communication and stability with the AMPLIFi Remote application.
-
***NOTE: Marking this as Solved only for visibility purposes*** UPDATED Thanks, all, for taking the AMPLIFi plunge with us. We’re still seeing a lot of positive response from this amp. At this point, with the release of firmware version 1.01.0, we're seeing fewer and fewer cases of Bluetooth connectivity issues. If you have updated to firmware 1.01.0 (check for your firmware version in the Settings...Updates screen of the app), and you've followed all post-update instructions found on the app and in our AMPLIFi Knowledge Base articles, we’re asking that those who are still experiencing Bluetooth issues to create a support ticket at www.line6.com/support, supplying the following data: · Do you experience audio (streaming) or data (remote control) dropouts? · How often do you experience dropouts per day? · How far is your iOS device from the amplifier when the dropouts occur? · Do you experience short audio dropouts when editing amp parameters? This is considered normal. · Are you switching between apps when this happens? · How do you re-establish the connection? · Serial number (please register the amp or Private Message me if you don’t want to publish this info) Our staff will then take further steps to try to find the root cause and then determine appropriate actions. Hi, guys. We compiled the Dream Rig videos our Marketing department posted, plus one of our own, and put them in one place: http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/dream-rig/. We're still using http://line6.ideascale.com/ to capture video ideas of all types. We are also looking to add an FAQ document there soon. This thread would be a good place to give us feedback on what should be covered in the FAQ. Thanks!

L2t Vibration And Rattling.... Noise
Line6Tony replied to tudscamp's topic in StageScape Mixer / StageSource Speakers
Regarding the L2t/L2m speaker, we are aware of reports of the speaker rattling in very specific circumstances. As we understand it, the rattle may become noticeable specifically while playing a guitar or bass solo in a quiet environment when close to the speaker’s back panel. This rattle is caused by the fan and is typically not noticeable at stage volume. We have found this issue to appear in some, but not all, L2 series speakers. We cannot relate the fan rattling issue to a certain range of serial numbers. We are currently evaluating a replacement fan that resolves this issue. However, this process requires a considerable amount of research and due diligence. Among other things, there are speed control, durability and firmware interaction requirements. This is a complex process that we are moving forward with, but unfortunately, we cannot commit to a timeline as to when this process will be complete. Outside of this issue, the L2 speakers have proven to be very robust. However, if you are encountering any other issues with your L2 series speakers, we encourage you to contact Customer Service directly at www.line6.com/support. We apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused those who’ve experienced it. We know that you, as our customers, rightfully have high expectations for the performance of our products. As we should, we will continue to drive toward a solution. We thank you for your patience and your patronage. -
This is on the front page of our IdeaScale site, but it seems like everyone misses it, or disregards it: Please realize that product development is ongoing and that many of your ideas will help inform and guide the active project list even if you do not see the status change. It is also good to keep in mind that new products can take many months or even years depending on their complexity, so please keep comments and ideas coming and don't be discouraged if you do not see immediate progress.

...and it's because of this I'm locking the thread. gunpointmetal, or anyone else, can call us or create a ticket with specific technical questions if need be: line6.com/support.
-
Thanks. Hopefully, there was a separate submission for each idea. That is key to getting an accurate read on what people want. Otherwise, for example, a guy may like points 2 and 3, but not care for the rest and not vote on your idea at all, or worse, vote it down.

The previous feedback mechanism was an unwieldy black hole, with no easy way to understand what people wanted, so this is definitely a major improvement. Product Management (PM) looks at IdeaScale frequently. However, it is not the end-all, be-all for data from customers. PM gets info from other sources. Therefore, IdeaScale can help support or refute data from those sources when the number of votes on a given idea are significant. Also, regardless of the feedback sources, the ideas must fit into the constraints of time, resources, future products, demand, competition, technology shifts, etc. I'm sorry that the level of updating the status if ideas could be better. I know it lets you know we're not only listening, but moving forward with ideas. That type of two-way communication with the public is something I'm suggesting to PM to do more of, all while not "tipping our hand" as to our plans for future products. For a view of what has been marked with a status, see http://line6.ideascale.com/a/ideafactory.do?id=23508&mode=review&discussionFilter=active.ideation arislaf, you're in second place for number of ideas. Thanks for contributing. I hope you continue to do so. The leaderboard is at http://line6.ideascale.com/a/leaderboard I encourage you all to keep the ideas coming.
