  1. We discovered that there is a serial number mismatch on a group of Helix Rack units that will affect their ability to be registered. If your unit's serial number includes 6603-6607, please register the serial number label that is attached on the unit, not the serial number label attached to the box. If you run into further registration issues, please contact our support team with a support ticket at www.Line6.com/support/tickets. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience.
  2. We're sorry you've run into trouble. Please locate the nearest service center or distributor for your territory to arrange a repair: www.Line6.com/find.
  3. Helix/HX Firmware 2.80 and Helix 1.80 "The Missed Connections Update" Full update instructions, details, and links here.
  4. Reminder: Remember to contact Line 6 Support at www.Line6.com/support/tickets before assuming any failure is hardware-based. As with many electronic devices, a given symptom may have multiple root causes.
  5. Please be aware that downloaded tones, patches and presets that were created by other users have the potential to be corrupted and not work correctly on the target device. Firewall/Antivirus/Internet security applications, Internet/video accelerators and proxy servers, among other things, can be causes of trouble with downloaded files. If your device freezes, a rule of thumb is to back up your custom patches, reset the unit to its factory state, ensure the unit does not freeze while in this state, then load your patches one by one, testing after each load to determine which patch is faulty. Otherwise, please contact our Customer Support team at www.Line6.com/support/tickets. Please be prepared to supply your backup file so that we can investigate your case further.
  6. It would be good to know if updating to 10.11.2 has helped anyone resolve their issues. It was released a few days ago.

  11. quigg001, it sounds like yours is a hardware issue, since directly plugging in just a guitar without using the app produces the symptom. As mentioned in your ticket, an authorized service center can repair it for you.
  12. The new firmware v2.50.2 is what really drives the improved Bluetooth connection. Please make sure that both the app AND the firmware are updated. Thanks for your patience, guys.
  13. Thanks for your patience, guys. We just released an update that should greatly help with Bluetooth connectivity. This release is for all versions of AMPLIFi: 75, 150, TT and FX100. AMPLIFi Firmware 2.50.2 is a free firmware update that includes fixes and optimizations. It is highly recommended that all AMPLIFi users perform this update! AMPLIFi Remote 2.13 or greater is required for use with this firmware. Please update your AMPLIFi remote app on iOS or Android before upgrading to this version of firmware. The easiest way to perform the update process is by installing the latest version of Line 6 Updater. Once you've connected AMPLIFi to your computer via USB port (hubs are not supported), Line 6 Updater will recognize the unit and take you through the update process. PC users will need to install the AMPLIFi device driver. Line 6 Updater application and drivers may be downloaded here: title="External link">http://line6.com/software/ New Feature: "Assign to Pedal" support allows you to use the built-in pedal on FBV Shortboard and FBV Express to control parameters assigned to the FX Knob. These parameters are assigned by pressing and holding on the desired parameter in the AMPLIFi Remote app. Bug Fixes: -Improved Bluetooth connection stability and reconnect behavior -Other minor bug fixes and optimizations

  16. Guys, I'm sorry to say that at the last minute, another bug was found, blocking the release. I am monitoring QA's progress with resolving it so I can let you know when we have a green light to post the update. So, so sorry for this delay, and thanks for your patience. We're almost there.
  17. Thanks all for your patience, guys. Barring an highly unusual circumstance, the update’s coming this week for AMPLIFi 75/150/TT. There is a different glitch to work out for FX100 that will delay the update for it.
  18. Locked. Too much venom, although there are some very valid points from all. Please start a new thread and be respectful toward one another. Thanks.
  19. We have a known issue where the Librarian will fail to connect and crashes on many Windows 10 systems. We are working on the issue and are looking to release a fix shortly.
  20. We have seen a variety of behaviors where the app is indicating a good connection to the hardware, but it is not actually communicating with the hardware. Music will still stream from the device, but the app will not connect to the hardware. This can happen following a firmware update over Bluetooth or during any app connection. In order to avoid or resolve this, we suggest the following: Android For AMPLIFi 75/150/TT, first try a factory reset on the AMPLIFi on to clear out any of it's stored Bluetooth settings. To perform a factory reset, press and hold the master volume knob and the 'tone' button as you power on the unit. turn the amp off and press and hold both the 'Tone' and Master Volume down as you power on the amp. Keep holding them both down until you see the LED's around the Master Volume light up. For AMPLIFi FX100, turn the pedal off and press and hold both the 'Tap' and Master Volume down as you power on the pedal. Keep holding them both down until you see the display light up with '01'. Next, on your mobile device, make sure that the AMPLIFi Remote app is fully closed and not running in the background. Within your mobile device Bluetooth settings you will need to delete any entries for AMPLIFi if possible. Press and hold the Bluetooth button on the AMPLIFi for 2 seconds until it begins to flash. It should then shortly appear within your mobile device Bluetooth settings, tap on it to re-pair. Try again to launch AMPLIFi Remote app, tap the menu button located in the upper left of the app and look to see if it shows that your AMPLIFi is 'connected' or not. iOS For AMPLIFi 75/150/TT, first try a factory reset on the AMPLIFi on to clear out any of its stored Bluetooth settings. To perform a factory reset, press and hold the master volume knob and the 'tone' button as you power on the unit. Turn the amp off and press and hold both the 'Tone' and Master Volume down as you power on the amp. Keep holding them both down until you see the LEDs around the Master Volume light up. For AMPLIFi FX100, turn the pedal off and press and hold both the 'Tap' and Master Volume down as you power on the pedal. Keep holding them both down until you see the display light up with '01'. Next, on your iOS device, make sure that the AMPLIFi Remote app is fully closed by double tapping on the home button and swiping up across the AMPLIFi Remote app. Than within your iOS device Bluetooth settings you will need to 'forget' any entries for AMPLIFi, by tapping the 'i' to the right of any AMPLIFi entry and than tapping 'Forget this device'. Than press and hold the Bluetooth button on the AMPLIFi for 2 seconds until it begins to flash. It should than shortly appear within your iOS device Bluetooth settings, tap on it to re-pair. Than try again to launch AMPLIFi Remote app, tap the menu button located in the upper left of the app and look to see if it shows that your AMPLIFi is 'connected' or not. If your AMPLIFi is detected by the AMPLIFi Remote app, the next thing to do is to apply the available firmware update using the instructions found at the link below: http://line6.com/sup...ifirmwareupdate
  21. Hi. Please let me know what version number of the driver you are installing. Thanks.
  22. Steve, sorry you're running into trouble. My first guess is a bad patch. Please back up your tones then do a factory reset. IT's all covered here: http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/effects-controllers/firehawk/recovery-from-corrupt-tones-a-and-d-lights-lo-r750. You can then load your patches one-by-one to find which one triggers the problem.
  23. If two XD-V55 receivers are connected via the antenna splitter kit and the receivers are powered on individually, the receiver that is powered on second will not initiate. The receivers must be powered on simultaneously to work. The antenna splitter kit requires the two SMA MALE to BNC MALE cables that the XD-V55 rackmount kit provides. As such, it is assumed that the receivers are rackmounted AND powered by a power strip.
  24. Does it work on a different computer?
