Hi, DMKA1. I'm sorry to see you run into trouble with your guitar. I see that one of our reps replied to your ticket on 9/12/14. It sounds like the best course of action is to have the guitar repaired or replaced via Luthman, per the ticket. Please respond to us directly in your ticket with any further questions. -
I'm sorry to see some of you run into Bluetooth issues. Please make sure to update your amp and follow ALL of the steps found at http://line6.com/support/page/kb/_/amplifiers/ampl/amplififirmwareupdate. One of the things the update does is improve Bluetooth performance. We've seen some folks not complete all the steps and see the amp not perform as expected. Feel free to contact us at line6.com/support if you need assistance with the procedures outlined in the above KB article.

Tom, we will repair or replace your speaker(s) under warranty. Please contact me via your open support ticket so we can move forward. I have been waiting for you to respond in the ticket since 7/23/14 when I asked if you were moving forward with your retailer to repair/replace the speaker. I extended the same offer in the ticket yesterday, as well, but I have not seen a response from you in the ticket. I'm not clear on who is waiting for an RMA: you or your dealer. If you are saying the dealer is waiting on us to issue them an RMA, please give me details in the ticket and I will resolve it. If you are saying that you are waiting for Line 6 to give you, as opposed to the dealer, an RMA, I will give you one immediately once you respond to the ticket and update your shipping address. If you prefer for me to call you, I will do so as well. I want to resolve your issue with our speakers, but I can't do that until I hear from you.

I'm sorry to see that happen. For best results, please make sure to update the app to v1.20 and the amp to v1.01.0, then perform the above reset. Otherwise, to rule out where the issues is, please try to connect with a different iOS 7 device. We've seen a few cases where the issue was the iOS device. Lastly, if you are able to get to a store or a friend that has an AMPLIFi and are able to pair your iOS device and not see these issues, then your particular unit should be replaced at the retailer or repaired under warranty with us or by an authorized service center (http://line6.com/find/service_center/). Please start a support ticket with us for an RMA if need be at line6.com/support.

Hi. Sorry to see you run into trouble. Does this happen in all locales, in the event there is possible WiFi/Bluetooth interference in one particular location? Also, have tried this from our Knowledge Base? Perform these steps after updating the firmware of AMPLIFi 150/75 to version 1.01.0 Perform a Factory Reset after FW Update Note: Performing a ‘Factory Reset’ replaces all device presets, including customized presets, with the factory presets. You can backup your device presets by saving them to My Tones prior to performing the Factory Reset procedure. Turn off AMPLIFi 150/75 While pressing and holding both the large Master Volume knob and the Tone Select button, switch the power back on Re-pair the Bluetooth connection between the amp and your iOS device Exit the AMPLIFi Remote app (double-press the Home button then drag the app up from the multitasking display) Re-launch the AMPLIFi Remote app; hardware should connect automatically The process has completed when the A preset is lit.

I'm sorry to see that happen to you Mr. Meyers. It sounds like one of our reps mistakenly made your ticket invisible. I will make sure you are contacted via the ticket and have your unit repaired by us.

Sorry for any confusion caused. I thought I read that one of you saw a noise event other than the tuner-based noise event. These releases do not address the tuner bug. The tuner bug is still being worked on.
