  1. Yes, but make sure you do NOT purchase the iLok version.
  2. The AMPLIFi FX 100 may be worth a look. It is the same sound engine as PF, however the signal chain is restricted and it does not have all the amps of PF Platinum. There's also the Firehawk which is a Hybrid of PF and HD. Or you might want to track down a PODxt or PODX3, PODX3 is Basically an xt with 2 signal chains and all the amp model in PF, but the signal chain is still restricted compare to PF2, however, if you build patches with PF1, you can recreate them on the X3 (and xt depending on the model packs you currently have).
  3. Yes your iPod 6 will work with it. You could run the output of the Helix into the AMPLIFi, (best option the Aux In), however there would be no further integration.
  4. Basically there are 3 blocks that are "wild cards" and can be of any Type of non-fixed effect. The fixed effects are, Gate, Compressor,Amp/Cab, Reverb, Wah, Vol, an Eq. So if you wanted, you could run 3 delays.
  5. Are you selecting Instrument from the dropdown menu in POD Farm's mixer view?
  6. DO NOT purchase the iLok version if you want to use the hardware independent version of PF2 as a standalone with other non Line6 ASIO interfaces (you also get the plug-in). The iLok version is a plug-in only and requires an iLok license (which you can get for free). The iLok version will not integrate with other interfaces. Also you authorize the hardware independent version on up to 4 computers/devices simultaneously.
  7. Depends on what you want, the starter for $99 or Platinum for $299? You can get the Starter and then later upgrade to Platinum. Basically, DO NOT purchase the ones the are for iLok, there are not hardware independent, nonrefundable, and are plug-in only. http://store.line6.com/software/plug-ins/pod-farm-2.html http://store.line6.com/software/plug-ins/pod-farm-2-platinum.html http://store.line6.com/software/plug-ins/pod-farm-2-standard-platinum-upgrade.html
  8. You're running the TT main outs into another interface? If so, what interface? Also, each amp model should have a volume control that should not affect the model's tone.
  9. My guess: You Are Called = Boss Something is Holding Me Back = PODxt
  10. You will want to select the Line6 ASIO driver in Cubase.
  11. Have you tried running the Line6 Updater to make sure you are on the latest firmware? Also, you can attach files to your posts, click the "More Reply Options" button.
  12. How are you monitoring Cubase? You should be able to use the Line6 ASIO driver and hear everything from your DAW by plugging you speakers/headphones directly into the Toneport.
  13. Have you tried using the PODxt as you interface directly to your DAW via USB?
  14. It is a standard USB cable. I had a situation where my USB cable worked fine with Edit and was the cause of periodic BSOD using Reaper. I'm assuming it is because Edit does not need to use ASIO drivers like Reaper. Not saying the cable is the issue, but simple enough to eliminate. Also, have you tried explicitly disabling the integrated audio and explicitly selecting the POD as the default device in Windows?
  15. Are you selecting Instrument from the dropdown menu in PF's mixer view?
  16. There is an auto swell stomp, I think it is in the Power Pack add-on.
  17. Is this a new unit? Have you run the Line6 Monkey to make sure all your software and drivers a current?
  18. Also, his monitoring solution needs to be connected directly to the POD (amp, powered monitors, headphones...).
  19. In PF's mixer view you can configure your sends. There are 4 channels available. A common workflow I use for guitar is to send a L/R wet to one track and L/R dry to another and apply the plug-ins to the dry post processing with the wet serving as a reference for the tone I was going for.
