  1. If you aren't already, using the stereo-in of the pedals will sound better also.
  2. The HD is a different beast. If you're looking for something new, I strongly suggest you try it out first.
  3. Just for clarification, you are connecting your headphones to the UX? In your DAW you are selecting Line6 ASIO as your device?
  4. Try forgetting and reconnecting your BT. If that doesn't work, also try reinstalling the app.
  5. You can definitely send the 2 ins via USB. Go into Pod Farm to select Line1 and Line2. I usually make a dual path and select Line 1 for Tone A and 2 for Tone B and pan them hard L/R in the mixer view.
  6. I think he means POD Farm 2 with a GX. If it is POD Farm, do a "file save as" and then click the browse button to see where you are putting the files.
  7. Not familiar with that software, do you know if it supports ASIO? Also, you might want to use both Line In's to preserve stereo from the turn tables.
  8. When you say PF is going into Reaper, are you using analog outs into your pc's soundcard? If so, that is the issue.
  9. Turning it down will help, also monitoring with headphones. It's likely your guitar picking it up the click track.
  10. The UX is a sound card and will run without PF. But you should be hearing a dry signal, no effects or amp models.
  11. Just for clarification, you are connecting your monitoring solution directly to the UX?
  12. Are you sending the signal to Reaper via USB? Are you selecting Line6 ASIO as your device in Reaper?
  13. There are currently 25 banks of A,B,C, and D = 100 presets.
  14. There currently is no pc connectivity. Hopefully this will change in the future.
  15. IF you have any of the StageSource line I would definitely go for the FX100 if you are purely interested in a monitoring solution for the AMPLIFi line. IMHO, AMPLIFi 150 plus FBV won;'t compare sound-wise to FX100 plus StageSource.
  16. Is this for AMPLIFi 75/150?
  17. 25 A,B,C and D are empty. All you have to do is bank down from bank 1 and select A,B,C, o D. You could also save the empty preset to anywhere you'd like. But you probably won;t like it, unless it is for an acoustic electric. A clean channel is not necessarily the same thing as no effects/models. Look in the Clean amps category for a clean setting.
  18. Yes, you would need to run the Main Outs of the FX100 into the AUX in of the AMPLIFi 75. Here is one example of a cable that will do the trick. http://www.musiciansfriend.com/accessories/hosa-stereo-y-cable-mini-male--2-1-4-mono-males/
  19. You are correct, it would be redundant. Hard to answer the question of which one to get. The FX100 would work well with studio monitors or into a PA. The AMPLIFi 150 with the FBV is a standalone solution and the FBV can be used with other Line6 gear. It really depends on how you plan to use it.
  20. Yeah, my hunch is what Zap figures, not enough power at start up. Have you tried with the laptop plugged in? If it works that way then for sure it's a power issue.

    Ooops

It happened to me once, but it coincided with my wireless routing crashing.
