  4. It simulates putting the FX after the amp-cab-mic. In the real world, it is similar to passing your miced signal thru an effect in your mixing console.
  5. With a JTV, u could save ur alternate tunings plus models on each preset and change/select them thru the HD500.

    Use only the left 1/4 output. It sums the signal to mono. Do not use only one XLR, cause you'll get only one side of the signal. If you want to use only one XLR, place a noise gate as the last FX on your chain to sum up to mono.
  17. The noise gate is the less DSP consuming FX, with no tone coloring. I believe it is the optimum choice for summing up to mono.
