  1. Maybe just a dumb idea, but what about coating the plug with some tape to get in contact and lean against the housing for safety reasons?

Put all knobs except the Master to zero position when playing live or at rehearsals. Don't save the patch! Choose another preset just to get back. There is some tolerance in the knobs at zero, so they won't move virtually. If you park your knobs this way they will not move by themselves anymore. But it's a shame that L6 does not allow us to block these controls temporary in the global settings
  3. You have to find the combination of virtual-body, pickups and tone-controls that works for a virtual-rebuild of your mags. From my experience you start by choosing the neutral body and the virtual-PUs of the 89 which are modeled in the PU-List.
  4. My 2 cents: You have activated the +18 db option in the ASIO driver and you signal is digitally clipping?
  5. Vielen Dank. Bitte geben Sie noch den Fehler mit den nicht funktionierenden Filtern auf der Karte an die Web-Techniker weiter. Einen schönen Abend!
  6. Okay, I do understand  Your filters are crap ("Show only stores with…"). If I apply a filter as stated above (guitar) there is no data. Not one filter works <_< Try it by yourself using "frankfurt" +200 km
  7. There is no Lin6 authorized guitar service center in Germany n your map. That's bad. I will contact Graph Tech next...
  8. That's the point, isn't it? The female takes the male just halfway. So a lightweight cable would give a similar relief to the port as a magnetic solution would give?
  9. Not easy to keep in mind. I would love the POD to display the ini-z + mono/stereo per block.
  10. Your more than welcome! Please get back if you find the tone usefully or if you modify it for a better result.
  11. Do you use this adapter already? I'm not sure if I understand the technical principle.
  12. Just because I am not a native speaker... do I understand you right that the nut used in the JTV-59 is no longer available via the manufacturer and there is no similar replacement in stock at Graph Tech? Where can I find you authorized service centers in Germany for further information?
  13. Is this the correct nut for a replacement? https://www.thomann.de/de/graph_tech_gt_pt_6010_00_black_tusq_xl.htm?ref=search_rslt_Graph+Tech+Tust_308522 Otherwise provide a GTIN or part-number, please.
  14. Sounds weird to me. Does the indicator knob near the battery enlights 3-4 LEDs? Do you have a 1/4" mono-jacked cable inserted.
  15. Hi. Just in case anyone like to have models of JTV-59' magnetic-pickups, here is my first try. This gives you the possibility to switch to custom-tunings with the sound of your mags. Of course the tone-results may differ from guitar to guitar, but with my '59 I am 95 % there. 2017-01-01 JTV59-ModeledMags.zip content of the ZIP-file are three presets, no bank or bundle HAPPY NEW YEAR :)
  16. Oh no, I can exclude that because it was the first thing I tested, after being aware of the ringing ;) I will get back to you after some major investigations…
  17. The nut could be a good place to start investigations because there is also some ringing sound on or near the nut on the g-string. I will take a closer look using my ears and a magnifying glass.
  18. Has anyone a tipp for fixing the G-string on a unmodified JTV-59. Everytime I bend, it noticeable loses some cent. Maybe there are some kind of seashells to use or a hack on the tuners? Of course I had bent the string after putting on new strings, two weeks ago.
  19. OP, why do you ask your questions three times? :/
  20. Hey, Nico. I do not know why you deleted your guess but you where nearby. Some minor adjustments to the tone of the reverb and amp-wise, switched to Drop-D and… magic  Thank you very much! and of course I delete your quote, if you like
  21. Hi everybody! Who can guess which signal chain was chosen to create this chunky sound, I really love? Chime Based on* 1966 Rickenbacker® 370 Middle Pickup http://line6.com/variax-modeling-guitars/sound/
