  1. I doubt it would be playable. Pretty sure there would be too much latency.
  2. Does the Monkey show your flash mem version as 3.01 with a green tick? If so, try updating your drivers with a regular USB cable.
  3. So you're saying it works on another computer? When you are running Money to install the drivers and firmware, make sur eit is not plugged in until Monkey prompts you to plug it in.
  4. Are you launching POD Farm within Riffworks? If so, that is the plug-in and there will be no option for mic/instrument. You need to launch POD Farm from the short-cut outside of Riffworks, which is the stand alone version. Are you can select the input via the Line6 Audio-MIDI control panel without opening POD Farm.
  5. that's the one. there are drop downs for Tone A and B to select mic/instrument
  6. That's good to know! I guess it depends on what you are streaming from before launching the AMPLIFi remote app. Hopefully they will iron out the drop out issues.
  7. The POD Farm that comes bundled with the UX can not be use with another interface. You can however use the POD Farm plug-in post processing using the UX as a dongle. (Some people are able to run the plug-in in real-time with usable latency) If you were to purchase the POD Farm standalone software license, it will run with virtually any USB ASIO interface. As for DAW's, I think Reaper is up there with the others and is dirt cheap, but some say it has a steeper learning curve. The important thing is to pick one and learn how to fully use it for your needs. Later on down the road if you find limitations and want to switch DAW's it will be easier having already learned the ins and outs of DAW.
  8. This is from the specs Bluetooth streaming audio (compatible with Android, iOS and Mac or PC). So the PC compatibility is in regards to streaming music via Bluetooth only. There is a USB connection which the manual states is for future use. At this point, what that use will be is pure speculation.
  9. Did you purchase any model packs? If so run the Monkey to update everything then the license manager. The PODxt Live comes with presets that may have models form other model packs which do not come with it new. It comes with the standard models, Power Pack, and FX Junkie.
  10. Are you using the newest version of Monkey? http://line6.com/software/ Did you try another USB cable? Also try temporarily disabling any anti-virus/firewall.
  11. The effects in the AMPLIFi should not affect the music streaming via Bluetooth.
  12. Also take tones from Customtones with a grain of salt. Some might give you a good starting point and ideas, but there's a lot (IHMO) junk to wade thru.
  13. It should stream any audio from your Bluetooth device. However, once you start the AMPLIFi Remote app, you can only stream from within the app.
  14. Try again just in case the servers were down. If you still have problems try temporarily disabling any firewalls/anti-virus programs.
  15. It would behave very similar, but you are still dealing with amp modeling, so it's not real valves. I have tried a couple of drives (old Yamaha distortion and Digitech Bad Monkey) in front of the AMPLIFi FX100, and it behaves pretty much the same as with my PODxt.
  16. Why?? There's the DT series.
  17. sorry, that was in jest. It's a scene from Wayne's World. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FOt3r_aNNxE
  18. Nice cover!! However, you have violated the forum's Terms Of Service Section Z 4.4 - 8:02 W.W. No Stairway To Heaven
  19. Do you mean when you switch patches and come back?
  20. That is strange, I wonder if the servers were glitching at the time?
  21. Awe man, you mean that's not real?? :( I guess I will have to settle for this then. http://www.emusician...itarists/154362
  22. No, in the deep editing in your HD100's parameters.
