  1. It's not setup anyway... I'll ask about it again.
  2. Can't use it with the 500, but you could with the desktop or pro version.... you're right though the difference is the FBV port.
  3. they've said in the past that netbook resolutions are not supported, doubtful that the program itself will ever meet your needs.... you need to find a way for your netbook to handle the resolution by scaling the screen, or seek a laptop with a bigger screen.
  4. the serial numbers affected have not been publicly disclosed... you can contact them here: http://line6.com/company/contact/

    Sd Card

BH Photo has it, and they have a phone number on the top left of their page: http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=&sku=752164&is=REG&Q=&A=details
  6. pretty sure you can just bind the expression pedal to the channel volume... make sweep for amp 1= 1-100 and amp 2=100-1 (or whatever min/max volumes you wish really)
  7. select the name in the memory window, and hit F2 is what i do...
  8. there is next to no chance... I think it's more likely a request like that would be a JTV2 type improvement if they make one. I don't suspect we'll see a JTV2 for a long time, since the 59p,69s, and 89f were just released.
  9. will never happen... you can run the older or the newer your choice, but they aren't going to offer custom firmwares.
  10. just run monkey and authorize the new computer.... will authorize up to 4 computers. windows 7 or even 8 is not a problem.
  11. 1. i've not heard of anyone having issues after the bulletin 059 fix, it is a recent bulletin so its real hard to go by that. I've had the fix myself and i'm pretty happy with it. 2. yes just take the amp to them, it will help if you reference the particular bulletin number. the generally require the original receipt so if you have that it might be handy, but i do believe that bulletin 059 applies regardless of warranty status, meaning the original receipt may not be required. 3. reliability is always going to be a concern, after the fix I would safely say that the amp would be as reliable as any other tube amp if the proper care is taken you should be fine. PS. the older thread was probably on the older forum which is read only status.
  12. do you get sound with headphones on the pod? your speakers should be plugged into the pod, you won't get sound on speakers connected to your m-audio (over usb)
  13. just call them: http://line6.com/company/contact/ the answer may be simple and known...
  14. you cannot import from the x3 it has 1 bass amp and cab currently, but many presets for bass. the looper does not need tap tempo, it has no rythym components or quantizing etc... no, one looper not multiple channels etc.
  15. are you using HD500 edit or line6 edit (which wont work) it's unclear from your post.
  16. I was pretty impressed with the blackstar HT1 for it's great tube sound at lower volumes.
  17. have you installed the driver package independently of monkey? have you did a global reset on the pod?
  18. the DT amps are amazing... but you really have to be playing somewhere that can handle the volume... at least in my case... DT50 112, got it before the DT25's were out. I thought about picking up a used vetta as they are getting cheaper and cheaper... but i hang around the forums enough to know that parts are getting scarcer and scarcer... let me know if you want to check out the DT50 some day... not for sale though! :D
  19. try a different USB cable... also inspect the usb ports on the device and make sure there are no physical issues.
  20. looks like you are trying to save them online? guitarport online has been discontinued. you should have a separate memory window that you should be using.
  21. Pretty much just the home studio these days... moved around a fair bit and can never seem to get the right people together to do anything more. Just moved to this area from outside of Columbia, SC but don't think i'll be moving again soon. the spiders aren't so bad! haha i used one as a travel amp for a while. I came after the Axsys, probably around the XT time is when i started liking line6... could never afford a Vetta though... or the newer live gear either.... needless to say I've tried just about all the other L6 gear though.
  22. they did have some in the store at one point, I picked up one myself. Probably been out of stock for about 6 months now though.
  23. Nice, I live outside of WS as well, and I have a variax 700 acoustic too! I'm keeping mine for the time being though.
