Just tried to purchase Level 2. When I highlight and click "add to cart", the page just refreshes, and my cart stays empty. I tried to place Level 1 into my cart just to see if it works, but the pages just refreshes then, too. I used this page. https://shop.line6.com/helix-service-plus.html EDIT -- It is now working.

I thought I read somewhere that the next firmware will be v3.0 (rather than 2.5) , which means major changes.

I used a meter to get close at home, then tweaked it by ear at rehearsal.

Are you using a USB hub? If so, don't. Plug directly into a USB port on your computer. If you are already doing this, then I can't help you, but someone else probably can.

Yes you can back up the entire unit... presets, global settings and IRs. Ooops... Zooey beat me to it.

I am going to be experimenting with the Fibonacci number cable method. Each time I connect my Helix, I sum the number of cables I used the previous two times, and that's how many cables I use. It really gives a great "amp in the room" feel, but I fear soon I will need some warehouse space for all the cables. Review to follow...

I have a killswitch on an Ibanez. I thought I would never use it, but it comes in handy if I'm away from my volume pedal or for doing the toggle switch trick like you can do on a Les Paul.

When I click on this link https://line6.com/software/readeula.html?rid=7878 that was provided to download the new editor, and after I sign in, I am taken to a L6 page that says We're sorry.We encountered an error processing your request. The error message is an L6 web page, not an error message that pops up in windows. I am running Windows 10. Any ideas?

Who uses their global EQ to compensate for different guitar pickups?

This is exactly right. My presets are made for my Les paul with a JB bridge pickup. I have other guitars with EMG's, Super distortions, PAFs, etc, and want to figure out how to make all these guitars work with the same presets but adjusting the GEQ. This is for live band situations. -

Any time I have ever had a problem with a modeler freezing up, it was at a couple specific venues. I always suspected dirty power.
